Return & Exchange Service – $35
 
This service covers the processing of a product return and exchange, including a prepaid return shipping label and shipment of the replacement product once the original item has been received and inspected.
 
A return or exchange may be requested for reasons including, but not limited to:
Incorrect product ordered by the customer
Product defects or manufacturing issues
Product exchange for a different model, year, style, or design
Order discrepancies or fulfillment errors
Warranty-approved replacements
Fitment issues due to vehicle configuration differences
 
Service Includes:
Prepaid return shipping label
Return processing and inspection
Replacement product shipment
Customer support throughout the exchange process
 
Please note that replacement products will be shipped after the returned item has been received and verified. Additional charges may apply if the requested replacement product differs in price from the original item or if the returned item shows signs of damage, modification, or misuse beyond normal inspection.
